Blake says \u201cI prefer a CAT tourniquet over the RAT tourniquet. They are easier to administer and provide more even pressure.\u201d Stan said, \u201cI also prefer the CAT and it was what we trained with in the Navy.\u201d So, I had to go with the experts and add one to my kit.<\/p>\n
